The Challenge

An institution with depth, waiting to be seen.

Vagdevi Degree College needed a modern digital presence that could better represent the institution — its academics, admissions, departments, placements, facilities and overall identity. A college with NAAC 'B+' accreditation, autonomous status and a growing student community deserved a website that reflected all of it clearly, on every device.

How It Began

It started with a conversation.

Vagdevi Degree College came to us with a clear requirement — a modern website that could genuinely represent the institution online. What followed were discussions with the college's leadership about their academics, their students, and how they wanted to be seen. Those early conversations shaped the first stage of the work: designing and building the new website experience, step by step, with the college involved from day one.

The Journey

It wasn't perfectly linear — and that's what made it real.

Early discussions and coordination gave way to a pause while MOU and payment formalities were worked through. Initial designs and prototypes were explored, with early concepts built in Lovable and a working preview shared through Vercel. The college's existing WordPress setup had to be considered, and the implementation direction gradually evolved toward React and Tailwind. Feedback, modifications and requirements kept arriving from the college, and the team worked through every iteration — until the website reached a successful Go-Live.
